Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager required to lead a £7 million electrical package on a high-profile commercial fit out project based in Liverpool Street, London. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and highly respected M&E contractor delivering complex commercial projects across London. We are looking for a driven and commercially aware Electrical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale CAT A & CAT B commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Electrical Project Manager Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package, managing programme delivery, subcontractors, client coordination, quality control, procurement, health & safety, and financial performance.

You will work closely with senior management, consultants, and site teams to ensure the successful delivery of this flagship project within programme and budget.

* Manage the £7m electrical package from inception to completion

* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard

* Monitor programme and drive project milestones

* Manage procurement of labour and materials

* Attend client and design team meetings

* Control project costs and variations

* Coordinate commissioning and handover process

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial fit out projects

* Experience delivering large M&E packages valued £2m+

* Strong technical electrical knowledge

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage fast-paced London projects
