We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivery of high end residential builds for private clients. Due to a new site starting they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be project based overseeing a 10 x unit build in Ashtead. There will be support of a Senior from the office and the successful candidate would be expected to be based from the office near Guildford 1 day a week.

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying biased degree or HNC

*

At least 3 year's experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor.
