This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment, working as part of a production team responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of high-quality windows. You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and cut materials accurately to specification
Use of machinery in a safe and controlled manner
Fabrication and assembly of frames and related components
Inspect finished frames for quality, proper alignment, and correct dimensions
Package and label completed frames for storage or dispatch
Loading and unloading of materials and finished products
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Follow production processes and quality standards
Support general production duties as required
All other duties as required to support the smooth running of the operation
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment desirable but not essential
Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely (training provided where needed)
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work to set targets and deadlines
Basic understanding of quality control standards

Hours & Pay
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:30
Friday: 06:00 – 13:30
£12.71 per hour, with pay increasing after successful completion of probation period
