Graduate Civil Engineer

We are currently working with a well-established civil engineering consultancy that is seeking a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join their Cardiff office.
The business specialises in civil engineering design for residential developments and is looking for motivated engineers keen to further develop their careers within a collaborative consultancy environment.
The Role You will work on a range of residential infrastructure projects, supporting senior engineers in the delivery of highways, drainage and earthworks designs from planning through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design of residential infrastructure schemes
Prepare engineering drawings, calculations and reports
Design highways and drainage systems
Produce plot level strategies and earthworks designs
Liaise with clients, local authorities and wider design teams
Support project delivery to programme and budget Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a civil engineering consultancy
Residential development experience preferred
Knowledge of:
Plot levels
Highway design
Drainage design
Proficient in:
Flow / MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage
Civil 3D or Site 3D
Strong communication and organisational skills
Motivated and collaborative approach Package
