Structural Technician | Nottingham

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Revit Technician or Senior to join their team.

Role

As a Revit Technician, you will be instrumental in producing accurate 3D models and technical drawings to support project delivery. Working closely with engineers and designers, you’ll help ensure designs are well-coordinated, compliant with BIM standards, and delivered to a high level of precision.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit

Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation

Ensure all work aligns with BIM protocols and project standards

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate design information

Update and manage project drawings and documentation

Support model coordination and clash detection processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Revit Technician or similar position

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Good understanding of BIM processes and workflows

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Experience in construction, architectural, or M&E environments (desirable)
