IT Support and Project Engineer
A confidential client is seeking a capable Project Engineer to deliver IT projects from initiation through to completion while providing an outstanding customer experience. This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and thrives on delivering high‑quality outcomes with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities
• Deliver IT projects to agreed scope, time, and quality standards
• Act as a professional point of contact for clients during project delivery
• Maintain accurate technical and project documentation
• Support compliance, best practice, and internal processes
• Work calmly and effectively, even when managing competing priorities
• Represent the business professionally during on‑site client visits
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years’ experience in remote support or a similar IT role
• Minimum of 2 current, industry‑recognised technical accreditations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Positive, customer‑focused approach with clear communication skills
Package and benefits
• £26,910 per annum
• Up to £6,000 performance bonus
• EO profit share
• Hybrid working – 4 days office‑based in Ramsgate, 1 day from home (when schedules allow)
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
