Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct wellbeing assessments and create personalised plans for residents.
* Promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through one-to-one support and group activities.
* Organise and lead wellbeing events, workshops, and social activities.
* Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living.
* Maintain accurate wellbeing records and monitor progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance resident experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about improving the lives of older people.
* Experienced in delivering wellbeing, health, or fitness services.
* Skilled in communication and building positive relationships.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ideally qualified in health, fitness, or wellbeing (or willing to work towards this)
