Day shifts: Monday –Thursday 8:30am–5pm and 8:30am–2pm Fridays
Starting salary: £40,000 per annum

We are currently hiring a technical manager for an electronics business in the Nottingham area, to join their team and to take ownership of engineering projects.
Your day to day would involve:
•Acting as the bridge between design engineering, manufacturing, and the customer.
•Taking ownership of technical direction of engineering projects
•Overseeing the delivery of electronic products
•Leading the full cycle of product development
•Managing a team of electronics operatives
•Ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and reliability
•Contributing to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
•Pushing continuous improvement across engineering and production processes
We are looking for an individual who:
•Experience working within electronics manufacturing environment
•Previous leadership or team management experience
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacture
