Private Client Solicitor

Our client, a well-established Law firm based in the Romford area are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who can contribute to the growth of the firm. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Solicitor, ideally with the STEP Qualification or SFE Accreditation. The Private Client Solicitor role involves:

* Drafting of Wills- this also includes complex Wills

* Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Probate and Full Estate Administration

* Extraction of Grant of Probate

* Inheritance Tax and succession planning

* Trusts and Court of Protection

What you will need for the Private Client role:

* 3+ PQE experience in Private Client across all areas

* Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals

* Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities

* Client focused and practical

* Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills

* Knowledge of LEAP case management is preferred

* Professional but friendly and approachable personality
