Smile Education is currently recruiting for a Class Teacher (SEND / SLCN) to work within a supportive and welcoming school in Welholme.
The Role:
✨ Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with SEND and Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
✨ Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
✨ Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress
✨ Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
✨ Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
The Ideal Candidate:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experience working with SEND and/or SLCN pupils
✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔ A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
✔ Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
