We are recruiting for a 3.5 tonne Delivery Driver to join a busy and growing food delivery company. You will play a vital role in ensuring fresh, high-quality food products reach a wide range of customers – from restaurants and cafés to schools, offices, and private homes.
This is a physically demanding role that will keep you active and on the move. If you enjoy driving, love being outdoors, and take pride in great customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What the role involves:
* Delivering fresh food products across the local area using a 3.5 tonne vehicle
* Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
* Providing excellent customer service with every delivery
* Working to tight but achievable schedules
* Representing the company professionally at all times
What we’re looking for:
* Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Minimum 1 year’s previous delivery driving experience (3.5t or similar)
* Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual handling/lifting
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong customer service skills
* Reliability and a good timekeeping record
