MBR Dental are currently supporting an independent private dental practice in Barnet to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.
What’s on Offer
* Full-time position – 5 days per week
* Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
* Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
* Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
* Immediate start available

About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management, growth, and overall performance of the practice. You will lead the team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the practice journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily operations of the practice
* Ensuring systems and procedures run efficiently
* Team leadership, mentoring, and staff development
* HR and compliance management
* Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
* Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
* Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
* Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
* Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Patient-focused with a proactive and motivational approach
* Experience within private dentistry preferred
* Confident managing business performance and team development
* Valid DBS required
* Applicants must have previous UK dental practice management experience to be considered
