How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Reporting Analyst, London, Up to £50,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits, Hybrid Working, Amazing Growing Insurance Company with Fantastic Culture.

    Do you thrive on solving complex problems? Do you have the drive to transform data into meaningful insights that shape global decisions? If so, step into the role of Reporting Analyst — a chance to unleash your potential, sharpen your expertise, and make an impact on a worldwide scale.

    This is more than a job. It’s a mission. As a Reporting Analyst you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting financial intelligence with client success. You’ll engage with international partners, deliver powerful reports, and influence outcomes that affect organisations across the globe.

    Duties and responsibilities

    As a Reporting Analyst, you will:

    * Track, measure, and enforce the accurate reporting of financial information from global partners.

    * Partner with local members worldwide to gather insights and deliver outcomes for some of the most important clients in the industry.

    * Own the reporting process — creating reports, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

    * Peer-review reports, handle client questions with confidence, and escalate challenges when needed.

    * Analyse performance trends in pool and captive programmes, distilling insights into clear, actionable explanations.

    * Lead client discussions by presenting analysis that drives clarity and decisions.

    * Ensure accuracy and accountability in data management across systems.

    * Build bridges between sales and reporting teams, enhancing collaboration and elevating client service.

    * Take part in transformational projects that improve processes, standardisation, and service delivery.

    What We’re Looking For

    * Three to five years of related work experience, ideally within the insurance, reinsurance or financial services space.

    * A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

    * Outstanding analytical skills — you can cut through complexity and see the patterns.

    * Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.

    * Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.

    * Organisational strength: the ability to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure.

    * Empathy, influence, and the ability to connect across cultures and levels.

    * Above all: the energy and initiative of a self-starter who thrives on growth and contribution.

    Why This Role Will Transform You:

    As a reporting analyst, you won’t just manage numbers. You’ll shape stories. You’ll be at the heart of a global network, engaging with international partners and learning from diverse markets. You’ll gain exposure that sharpens your financial acumen, stretches your leadership muscles, and positions you as a trusted advisor.

    This is your chance to step into a career that grows as you grow.

    Benefits

    Because when you bring your best, you deserve the best in return. Here’s what you’ll enjoy:

    * Generous annual leave:

    * 10% Bonus

    * Hybride Working

    * Private medical, dental & vision cover — with options to extend to dependants.

    * Corporate discounts:

    * Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support.

    * Pension contributions:

    * Group life assurance:

    * Company sick pay:

    * Income protection:

    * Travel insurance: for business and personal trips.

    * Wellbeing perks: weekly fruit baskets, flu jabs, financial wellbeing support, and access to health & fitness apps.

    * Perkbox: savings and discounts platform
