How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role:


    We are looking for a high-impact VP Sales Europe to lead and scale our European growth charter. This is a P&L-owning leadership role for a proven enterprise sales leader who has built markets, closed large transformation deals, and led senior sales organizations across Europe.

    This role carries direct responsibility for revenue growth, strategic accounts, large deal closure, and regional GTM execution.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Own and grow the European revenue portfolio with full P&L accountability
    • Define and execute Europe GTM strategy across priority industry verticals
    • Drive large, complex deal pursuits (€20M–€100M+)
    • Build, lead, and mentor senior sales and account leadership teams
    • Establish trusted CXO relationships across marquee enterprise clients
    • Partner with global delivery and solution teams to ensure deal excellence
    • Champion AI, Cloud, Digital, and Transformation-led growth
    • Identify market expansion, new logo, and strategic growth opportunities


    What We’re Looking For:


    • 20+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in Europe
    • Proven ownership of large, multi-country P&Ls
    • Track record of closing mega deals and scaling enterprise accounts
    • Strong exposure to IT services, digital transformation, cloud, AI/GenAI, ERP
    • Experience building and leading high-performing, multi-country teams
    • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
