The Role:
* Teaching English across KS3 and KS4

* Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes
* Working collaboratively with the wider department and school staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching English within a UK secondary school setting
* Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Be passionate about literature, language, and improving student outcomes
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
