The Role
*
Acting as Building Regulations Principal Designer across a variety of projects
*
Advising clients, contractors, and design teams on compliance with Building Regulations
*
Producing Designer Risk Assessments, Risk Registers, and compliance documentation
*
Attending design team meetings and resolving regulatory compliance issues
*
Supporting junior team members and contributing to quality standards and project delivery
What They’re Looking For

Experience in a Building Regulations Principal Designer or similar role
*
Strong understanding of Building Regulations and design risk management
*
Confident communicator, able to influence clients, project teams, and stakeholders
*
Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
*
Ambitious and keen to develop within a specialist consultancy
