Quality Control Operative
Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour (£28,474 per annum)
Job Type: Temporary
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for experienced Quality Control Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Keighley. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a qualtiy control / inspection who are looking for a hand on role with a quality focus.
Key Duties:
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Carrying out inspection checks using measuring equipment
* Completing inspection and quality reports
* Following control documentation including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), visual standards and control plans
* Supporting general production duties, including packing
The Ideal Candidate:
* MUST have previous experience in Quality Control / Inspection within a manufacturing or automotive environment
* Experience with quality checks or inspection processes
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, with a strong work ethic
There is availability on either the Morning or Afternoon Shift hours as follows:
Morning Shift: 5.30am - 2pm Monday to Thursday & 5.30am - 11.30am Fri = 38 hours per week
Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 10.30pm Mon to Thurs & 11.30am - 5.30pm Fri = 38 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £14.41 per hour (including shift allowance)
