We are working on behalf of a respected high street firm seeking a confident and proactive legal professional to join their busy Litigation Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse caseload while working as part of a close-knit and supportive team.

The Role…

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, advising clients across a broad range of disputes, including:

* Commercial litigation

* Property disputes

* Debt recovery matters

* Employment-related claims

* You will also be involved in drafting legal documentation, handling negotiations and mediations, and representing clients where required.

About you…

* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) in England & Wales

* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in civil litigation

* Strong advocacy and case management skills

* A proactive, organised approach with excellent client care
