How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Supplier Quality Engineer will focus on ensuring suppliers meet the required quality standards for components and materials used in manufacturing. This role is essential to maintaining product excellence within the manufacturing sector.

    Description

    Lead the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process including root cause analysis, 8D reporting, and verification of corrective actions.
    Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, and process reviews.
    Develop and implement Supplier Quality Agreements and performance standards.
    Define and maintain incoming inspection standards and defect analysis.
    Lead investigations into production fitment problems using structured problem‑solving methods.
    Own the PPAP process for all new and modified components.
    Maintain supplier KPIs including PPM, SCAR closure rates, and audit outcomes.
    Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
    Supplier site visits to audit quality and capability both domestically and internationallyProfile

    A successful Supplier Quality Engineer should have:

    A background in engineering or manufacturing, with relevant qualifications.
    Experience in supplier quality assurance or related roles within the industrial sector.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data effectively.
    Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
    Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
