Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician (Paint, Panel, Strip & Fit) details:
Salary: £40,000+ DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Harlow, Essex
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join a leading accident repair centre. This role requires a highly competent individual who can confidently carry out Paint, Panel, and Strip & Fit duties to a high standard.

Role Responsibilities
·Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming
·Mix and apply water-based paints to achieve a high-quality finish
·Conduct spray painting and final polishing
·Carry out quality checks to ensure all work is defect-free
·Carry out panel repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
·Perform strip and refit tasks efficiently and accurately
·Work effectively within a fast-paced accident repair environment
·Ensure all work meets company, manufacturer, and customer standards
Skills & Qualifications
·IMI Level 3 or ATA accreditation - essential
·Proven experience across Paint, Panel, and Strip & Fit
·Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and processes
·Experience working with water-based paints
·Previous experience within a busy Bodyshop environment
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
·Full UK driving licence (preferred)
