SEND Teacher - SEMH

Position: Primary SEN Teacher - Full-Time
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: May Half Term 2026 or September 2026

Are you a qualified and passionate primary teacher looking to make a meaningful difference? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our inclusive and supportive primary school in Milton Keynes, working with children with ASD, SEMH needs, and complex learning difficulties. This full-time role starts either from May Half Term or September 2026.

Role Overview:

Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons for pupils with ASD, SEMH, and complex needs.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Develop personalised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure consistent support.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching primary-aged students with ASD, SEMH, and complex needs.
Is patient, creative, and adaptable.
Communicates effectively and works collaboratively in a team.
Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
