Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive learning habits.
Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with secondary-aged students, preferably with SEND.
Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
Strong communicator and effective team player.
