My client with offices in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, established in the early 60's, known for delivering high-quality legal advice in a friendly and supportive environment are recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor.

Position Overview for this Commercial Property Solicitor:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor of 5 years + PQE who is looking to strengthen their career further with a view to partnership. 

Commercial Property Solicitor experience to include:

Sales, acquisitions, leases (acting for landlords and tenants), refinancing, and development transactions
Have a track record of delivering an excellent service to clients and growing a caseload as well as a team
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases and other property related documents
Advising clients ranging from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals
Have drive, enthusiasm and actively participate in business development and marketing to grow the team’s client base and reputation
Be able to mentor and coach more junior lawyers to assist in their career progression
Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex transactions independentlyBenefits for this Commercial Property Solicitor role:
