What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment is a sales-focused role where you'll manage your own desk and client base.
Develop expertise within a specific IT market
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
Generate leads, make calls, and develop new business opportunities
Manage your pipeline including adverts, interviews, and offers
Work towards targets and performance metricsWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-driven environment
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders
Motivated to learn and progress in your career
Positive attitude and willingness to develop
