About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled TIG Welder Fabricator to join their growing team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to work on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects, producing high-quality components to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail
Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of finished products
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work both independently and collaboratively within the team
Requirements
Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good understanding of fabrication techniques and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications
Experience with coded welding
Knowledge of additional welding methods such as MIG or Stick
