Year 4 Class Teacher – Primary School (KS2)
Location: Redbridge, London (Woodford)
Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 per annum (M1 – U3)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent | Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2026
Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to U3.

A vibrant and well-regarded two-form entry primary school in Redbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join their KS2 team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators looking to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
• Full-time Year 4 class teacher within Key Stage 2
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress effectively
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary setting (KS2 preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering engaging and inclusive education
• ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply
