How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    MEP BIM/Revit Lead

    Annual Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
    Location: Winchester
    Job Type: Full-timeJoin a leading engineering consultancy firm as an MEP BIM/Revit Lead. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate projects, focusing on managing the delivery of MEP Revit models for construction projects. You will work closely with the MEP engineering team to ensure smooth project management and delivery, providing technical assistance and mentoring to the MEP Revit team.

    Day-to-day of the role:

    Lead the implementation of BIM processes on construction projects.
    Collaborate with MEP engineering and Revit teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of models.
    Ensure all drawings and models are accurate, coordinated, and up to date.
    Manage and organize project files and data.
    Provide technical support to project teams.
    Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
    Review and analyse MEP construction documents and designs.
    Attend project meetings and provide input and feedback as required.
    Train and mentor junior Revit staff.
    Improve and implement company BIM processes & workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
    Over 5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination for construction projects.
    Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, materials, and techniques.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
    Experience in leading and mentoring junior BIM staff.
    Knowledge of BIM principles & experience working on BIM level 2 projects.
    Understanding of continuous improvement principles.
    Exposure to BIM360, CDE's & other MEP design software.
    Knowledge of COBie and Dynamo.Benefits:
