Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing electrical packages across projects in Canary Wharf and the City, typically valued up to £500k.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys running multiple smaller schemes while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion

Oversee multiple packages up to £500k in value
*
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and specifications
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
*
Manage procurement, variations, and reporting
*
Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within MEP/building services
*
Experience delivering projects up to £500k
*
Strong organisational and commercial awareness
*
Good client-facing and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
