We are a true British manufacturing success story, and we are on the hunt for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to strengthen our team.

You’ll be fabricating and welding to tight tolerances, working on diverse small-batch projects that demand quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your work will directly contribute to high-spec products built to strict industry standards.
Commutable from Birmingham, Walsall, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Aldridge, Tamworth, Atherstone, Little Aston, Streetly, Great Barr, Fradley, Burntwood and Cannock
KEY RESPONSIBILIITES
* Fabricating and welding a variety of metal components (not just repetitive jig work)
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
* Performing MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
* Working to exact tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
* Safely operating lifting and rigging equipment (cranes, etc.)
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-first workspace
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in fabrication and welding within a fast-paced environment
* Strong MIG and / or TIG welding skills
* Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings
* Competence with measuring equipment, hand tools, and power tools
* Solid mechanical aptitude and good maths skills
* Forklift or material handling experience (advantageous – training available)
