You will be working 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 - 15:00 on Fridays.
About the RoleWe'll rely on you to facilitate a seamless flow of Raw Material and Finished Goods from goods-in to dispatch.
You'll promote safety, efficiency, and accuracy within your team, stock control, and systems. In this role as Warehouse Supervisor you will:
Be accountable for the activities of our Warehouse Team Leaders including team briefings, investigations, recruitment, and training plans
Reach pre-defined objectives in compliance with our Safety and Environmental Standards, such as risk assessments and the receiving in and storing goods
Manage cost control including labour, overtime, & forklift truck costs
Ensure accurate stock management in adherence with dispatch schedules
Responsible for the maintenance within the warehouse and goods inwards

Requirements
Requirements for the role are:
Experience in WMS systems
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Warehouse leadership role
Ability to sustain and develop team working and team based problem solving
Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team of people
Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality
Computer literate with good numeric skills
