We are currently recruiting for a Pallet Maker to join a busy and growing team based in Tonbridge. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Tonbridge
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• 15-minute paid break
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assembling wooden pallets to specification
Using a nail gun and hand tools safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
✅ Requirements
Experience using hand tools or in a similar role preferred
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable and hardworking attitude
