Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Service Manager to join a well-established and reputable commercial vehicle operation based in the Slough area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven HGV Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a busy and fast-paced environment.
The successful HGV Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service department, ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency, and a high standard of customer service at all times.
As an HGV Service Manager, you will be managing a team of skilled technicians and support staff, maintaining workshop performance, and ensuring all operations run smoothly in line with business expectations.
The ideal HGV Service Manager will have previous experience within a similar role in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector, with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach.

HGV Service Manager Duties Include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the service department
Managing and supporting workshop staff
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitoring performance and productivity levels
Maintaining health & safety and operational standards
Benefits:

Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience
Profit-related bonus (circa 5% of basic salary)
Company car (C4)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Permanent position, 39 hours per week
