We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-known and highly respected planned maintenance contractor, for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-known planned maintenance contractor delivering external refurbishment works across scattered residential properties in Ealing. This is a strong freelance opportunity with consistent work available.
Scope of Works
* Roof replacements
* Window replacements
* External Wall Insulation (EWI)
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple properties
* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
* Act as the main point of contact for residents and client teams
* Report on progress and resolve any on-site issues
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering external refurb / planned maintenance projects
* Strong knowledge of roofing, window replacement & EWI
* Experience working in occupied residential environments
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Own vehicle essential due to scattered sites
