Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical background looking for a fresh challenge within a fast paced manufacturing environment?
Due to continued growth and investment across the site, SourceCo Recruitment are a market leading manufacturer within the timber industry are looking to add multiple Multi Skilled Engineers to their established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a secure and forward thinking business that continues to invest heavily in both its people and equipment.
The Role
Working within a busy production facility, you will play a key role in keeping machinery and operations running efficiently through both preventative and breakdown maintenance.
Duties will include:
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across a variety of production and processing machinery
* Electrical maintenance including motors, sensors, inverters, control systems and PLC fault finding (electrical bias)
* Mechanical maintenance including conveyors, bearings, chains, hydraulics and pneumatic systems (mechanical bias)
* Assisting with machinery upgrades, reliability improvements and reducing production downtime
* Supporting continuous improvement activities across the engineering department
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 5:30am – 2:00pm
* 1:30pm – 10:00pm
* Weekly rotating shift pattern
