We are currently supporting a well-established residential contractor in their search for an Assistant Site Manager to join a live housing development in the Nuneaton area.

The Role:

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist in the smooth delivery of a residential scheme, ensuring build quality, programme, and health & safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting daily site operations and short-term programming

Coordinating trades and subcontractors

Maintaining high health & safety standards on site

Monitoring build quality and reporting progress

Assisting with inspections, snagging, and plot handovers

Keeping accurate site records

Requirements:

Experience in new build housing

Understanding of UK building regulations and warranty standards

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS

First Aid qualification

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proactive and reliable approach
