Key Responsibilities:
As Head Housekeeper, you'll lead by example to maintain exceptional standards:
Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities
Ensure bed linens are changed and rooms are fully replenished
Maintain high standards across floors, surfaces, and shared spaces
Manage and maintain cleaning equipment safely
Report maintenance issues promptly
Support laundry operations when needed
Deliver excellent guest service and respond to requests efficiently
Uphold all health and safety procedures
