What You Will Do:
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Oversee the co-ordination and governance cadence of the Seamless & Smart Energy theme, including quarterly business reviews and sprint showcases.
• Collaborate across domains to identify synergies, highlight dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key work packages.
• Manage competing priorities, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic ambitions.
• Facilitate problem-to-solution engineering, ensuring technologies, services, and features align with the company's vision of modern luxury and innovation.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in EV charging, mobility services, or digital operations, ideally within an eMSP, CPO, or automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of the public charging ecosystem, roaming hubs, and backend integration with OEM systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
• Familiarity with customer-facing digital platforms and their operational dependencies.
• A customer-first mindset, combined with strategic thinking and the ability to deliver in an agile framework.
