How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Summary

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, generating qualified sales opportunities across all UK brands. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you’ll convert marketing insights into actionable sales outreach, identify prospective organisations, and initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers.     Lead Generation and Qualification

    Convert marketing-generated leads into actionable sales opportunities.

    Research target accounts and assess prospects against ideal customer profiles.

    Conduct initial conversations to validate needs, challenges, and potential fit.

    Prospect Engagement

    Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and automated sequences.

    Secure qualified meetings for the Corporate Sales Team and brand specialists.

    Collaboration with Marketing

    Align with marketing teams on campaign objectives, lead scoring, and audience segmentation.

    Provide feedback on lead quality, engagement patterns, and market responses.

    Brand Alignment

    Understand and represent the value propositions of each Gi Group Holding UK brand.

    Redirect opportunities to the appropriate brand team based on prospect needs.

    Market Research

    Analyse labour market trends, talent challenges, and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.

    Essential Skills:

    Background in recruitment, sales, marketing, or other people-focused environments where relationship-building is key.

    Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.

    Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales-enablement tools.
