The Role – Teaching Assistant

In this Teaching Assistant role, you will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, provide targeted interventions, and help manage behaviour effectively. As a Teaching Assistant will play a key role in supporting pupils with ASD and behavioural needs, ensuring they are able to access the curriculum and develop both academically and socially.
