Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Stafford - Long Term Cover Role - Start Date: As soon as possible.

A welcoming and established early years setting within a busy primary school in Stafford are seeking to appoint a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a temporary, supply long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing professional to support young children's development within a high-quality learning environment. The role is available for an immediate start, subject to completion of all necessary safeguarding and compliance checks.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging early years provision, supporting children's early learning and development and ensuring a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Promote children's learning, development and well-being through structured play and interaction.
Observe, assess and record children's progress.
Help to maintain a safe, clean and nurturing environment in accordance with safeguarding and health & safety policies.
Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
Support children's personal, social and emotional development.What we're looking for:

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
Paediatric First Aid trained (desirable).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Understanding of safeguarding procedures and responsibilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A patient, caring and proactive approach at all times.Pay £93 - £100 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
