Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
* Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and contribute to progress reports, flagging delays, design issues, or third-party impacts.
* Attend site, engineering, planning, and handover meetings.
* Track weekly safety stats and labour projections.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to manage variations and costs.
* Implement company procedures with package managers.
Electrical Construction Manager Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
* Ability to drive a large-scale project
