The Ideal Mechanical Project Manager:
* You have a proven track record (ideally 3-7 years) as a Mechanical Project Manager or Lead.
* Essential experience in Data Centre projects or large-scale, complex industrial/pharmaceutical projects.
* Possesses a strong technical foundation across all aspects of Mechanical Services and Design.
* Proven ability to coordinate, manage, and successfully deliver large projects, driving quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be the primary on-site lead for Mechanical systems, driving the project forward through all phases:
* Oversee the installation and management of all Mechanical systems on site. Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations.
* Ensure rigorous site safety standards and actively drive a strong culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) practices.
* Lead Pre-Construction activities: design development, services coordination, technical submittals, and sub-contract management.
* Provide essential technical support to estimating, procurement, and commercial teams. Assist in the continual improvement of the company’s QA System.
* Maintain and manage project schedules, timelines, and costs to ensure delivery within budget and scope.
