● Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Building Surveyor Job Overview
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out residential surveys across Brighton & Hove, delivering high-quality RICS Level 2 and Level 3 reports to clients.
You will manage surveys from instruction through to report delivery, providing clear, concise advice to homebuyers and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service.
This is a key hire within a growing business, offering the opportunity to play an active role in the company's expansion within the local market.
Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
● MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (essential)
● Proven experience delivering RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys
● Strong understanding of residential property defects and construction methods
● Ability to produce clear, client-friendly reports
● Full UK driving licence
● Based within or commutable to Brighton & Hove
