Location: Chelmsford
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 - 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £34,000
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the exportation of Less than Container Loads (LCL) and Full Container Loads (FCL) shipments via sea freight. You must have a background in sea freight operations with a UK forwarder.

Complete start-to-finish export consignments via sea freight
Responsible for the day to day running of allocated LCL movements
Exports globally
Create bookings from the origin
Provide freight rates, quotes and pricing solutions for customers
Track and update shipment statuses in the company's system and provide regular updates to clients
Complete customs procedures
Ensure compliance with export regulations
Developing good working relationships with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers and our other branches
Previous experience in quoting and operations of export ocean freight forwarding is essential
