Do you love working with plants and enjoy bringing indoor spaces to life? We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Indoor Plant Care Technician to join our team in London. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience caring for indoor plants or a basic horticultural qualification. You’ll receive initial mentoring to help you settle in and feel confident in the role.
Key Responsibilities
Caring for a wide range of indoor plants across multiple client sites
Managing watering schedules and understanding varied plant requirements
Pruning, deadheading, training, planting, re‑potting, and general plant maintenance
Identifying pests and supporting plant health management
Travelling between locations on foot, by bike, or public transport
Working independently or in pairs depending on the site
Providing friendly, professional customer service to business clients
Handling pots and plants, including some heavy lifting
Supporting early starts and providing holiday cover
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with indoor plants or a horticultural qualification (RHS Level 2, BTEC, NVQ, City & Guilds, HND)
A genuine appreciation for plants and plant care
A professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Flexibility and confidence working in varied environments
Good physical fitness for travelling between sites and handling equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
