About the role
We are looking for experienced 7.5T Delivery Drivers to join a busy home delivery operation delivering large items directly to customers’ homes.
You will be representing a well-known UK homeware retailer, completing 15–20 drops per day, ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and with strong customer service.
This is a physically demanding role with heavy lifting involved, so a good level of fitness is required.
Key responsibilities
Completing home deliveries to residential customers
Loading and unloading goods safely
Carrying out 15–20 deliveries per shift
Providing excellent customer service at each drop
Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
Following all road safety and tachograph regulations
Requirements
Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence
Valid CPC qualification
Valid digital tachograph card
Maximum of 9 penalty points
No previous disqualifications (DD or DR endorsements not accepted)
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
