💼 Role Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Supporting with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, medication)
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
* Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to care plans
✅ Requirements:
* Minimum 6–12 months UK care experience
* Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
* Right to work in the UK
* Up-to-date training (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Medication Administration)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
* Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach
