The Roles
You will be supporting pupils across Early Years and Key Stage 1, either within the classroom or on a one-to-one basis. SEN roles will involve working closely with children who require additional support, while general TA roles will focus on assisting the class teacher and supporting whole-class learning.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
Assisting with Early Years development and activities
Supporting children with additional needs (where applicable)
Promoting a positive, safe, and engaging learning environmentRequirements
Relevant qualification in childcare, education, or TA support (preferred)
Recent experience working in a primary school or Early Years setting
Experience supporting SEN (for SEN-specific roles)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What We Offer
