We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their mobile team.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business delivering maintenance services across a range of commercial contracts throughout the Central Belt.
The Role
As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.
Duties will include:
* Plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings
* Fault finding and repair of water systems, pipework, and drainage
* Carrying out PPM and reactive works in line with SLA/KPI targets
* Basic maintenance on heating systems and associated plant
* Supporting wider building services teams where required
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
* Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with clients on site
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience working as a Commercial Plumber within Facilities Management
* Strong experience in maintenance (PPM & reactive)
* Relevant qualifications (SVQ/NVQ in Plumbing & Heating)
* A good understanding of commercial plumbing systems
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
