Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Prepare detailed technical drawings, models, and specifications using Revit and other CAD/BIM tools.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop practical, efficient, and buildable design solutions.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building regulations and design intent.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to address technical issues and ensure seamless project delivery.Qualifications and Experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proficient in Revit with strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows.
Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards.
